Warranty
SharkBite Sports warrants that the SharkBite Golf Club Cleaner (the “product”), will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase (the “warranty period.”)
What is Covered?
- Defects in materials and workmanship
- Repairs or replacement of parts found to be defective
- Labor costs associated with repair or replacement
What is Not Covered?
- damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by unauthorized repair or modifications
- Damage due to improper maintenance or failure to follow the Product’s usage instructions
- Shipping costs
Warranty Registration:
You must register your product purchase for any warranty claim. Claims made without product registration will be declined. To register your product, send an email to info@sharkbitesports.com and include:
- Your Full Name
- Your Email Address
- Your Date of Purchase
- Your Location of Purchase
- Attach a scanned copy or image of your purchase receipt
Remedy
If a defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, SharkBite Sports, at its sole discretion, will ship you a new replacement product (shipping not included).
Limitation of Liability
SharkBite Sports' liability under this warranty is limited to the replacement of the Product. In no event shall SharkBite Sports be liable for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
State Law Rights
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Care instructions
Hand wash and air dry only. Improper care will void warranty.

Warranty Claim Process:
To make a claim under this warranty, all products must be registered in order to process a warranty claim. Please follow these steps:
- Contact SharkBite Sports by email @ info@sharkbitesports.com to report the issue.
- Provide proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and a description of the defect.
- Follow the instructions provided by the Customer Service representative to ship the Product or defective parts to the designated service center.
